What is guided meditation?
Guided meditation is a scientifically backed technique that has shown benefits for mental and physical health. With this evidence-based approach the guide provides supportive techniques to relax the body and quiet the mind. With gentle guidance your mind stays focused as you cultivate deeper relaxation, and stress reduction. Techniques like the body scan enable you to intentionally ease tension in each part of your body, promoting a state of deep and genuine relaxation. Try a guided meditation to enhance the calming benefits of your salt therapy session. These are held once a month or you can call to book a private guided meditation session in advance.
Important: Participants are required to wear socks to preserve the pristine surroundings, and we recommend bringing a sealable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session.
