About Us
Welcome to Colorado Salt Cave Wellness Center—a sanctuary for holistic health, balance, and deep renewal. Here, we believe that true healing reaches the mind, body, and soul. Every detail of our space was created to offer you the opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and experience profound transformation.
Our story begins with a personal journey. In 2019, while caring for her ailing father, our founder was navigating the heavy weight of stress, grief, and physical exhaustion. Searching for relief, she discovered the powerful healing benefits of Himalayan Salt Caves and halotherapy. Alongside Ayurvedic practices, meditation, counseling, and body therapies, these experiences became lifelines—restoring her strength, easing pain, and helping her rediscover joy in the midst of hardship.
“While death has been a frequent visitor, and grief has become my teacher, the process of healing with a newfound understanding of holistic wellness has created space for joy.” – Ro
Inspired by this transformation, she envisioned a sanctuary in Colorado Springs where others could find the same sense of peace, healing, and renewal. Colorado Salt Cave Wellness Center was born out of that vision—a place where alternative therapies, natural healing, and mindful connection come together under one roof.
Our mission is simple yet powerful: to provide a haven for those seeking balance in an often overwhelming world. We know the realities of modern life—high stress, environmental toxins, emotional strain, and the longing for deeper connection. That’s why we’ve created a safe, nurturing space where you can breathe easier, feel lighter, and reconnect with your truest self.
We invite you to step inside, leave the noise of the world behind, and join us on a transformative journey toward a healthier, more balanced, and more connected you.
Come and join us on this transformative journey towards a healthier, balanced, and more connected you!
Meet Our Team

Rochelle Janecek – Owner, Colorado Salt Cave Wellness Center
Ayurvedic Body Therapies Specialist, LMT, CNMT, Reiki Level II Practitioner
Ro is the heart and visionary behind Colorado Salt Cave Wellness Center in Colorado Springs. With over 30 years of experience in customer service and a lifelong passion for helping others, she has dedicated her journey to creating a space where healing, connection, and renewal can thrive.
Her background is as unique as the center itself—holding a Bachelor’s degree in Art Education, working as a licensed massage therapist for over 15 years, and building a diverse career across multiple industries. This blend of creativity, hands-on healing, and people-centered experience naturally evolved into her mission: to offer others the same tools that transformed her own life.
For the past five years, Ro has immersed herself in holistic wellness practices, studying Ayurveda, exploring natural therapies, and deepening her commitment to mind-body-spirit healing. Through these practices, she discovered not only her own resilience but also the profound impact of holistic care on emotional and physical well-being.
At the Wellness Center, Ro shares her favorite modalities—halotherapy, body therapies, Ayurvedic practices, meditation, and more—believing in their power to nurture both inner peace and physical vitality.
Beyond her work, Ro cherishes time with her family and loved ones, enjoys creating art, staying active through fitness, and exploring the world through travel. Grateful and honored to serve her community, she holds a deep intention: that every person who walks through the doors of Colorado Salt Cave Wellness Center leaves feeling lighter, more balanced, and deeply cared for.

Alexandra Benson – Wellness Manager, Colorado Salt Cave Wellness Center
Alexandra has worked in the customer service industry for years and has a heart for serving people. Her exposure to holistic wellness began during ballet, taught by a retired ballerina from Japan who implemented breathing exercises and yoga as part of the curriculum. Before that, she had never had a ballet teacher who encouraged a healthy mental and emotional relationship with the art form in addition to focusing on physicality, and Alexandra fell in love with the new holistic methodology. Since then, she has expanded her wellness journey and used her passion for dance to fuel her work with natural wellness. Alexandra is also a model and dancer here in Colorado Springs and loves all things fashion and art-related. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, painting, and soaking up the Colorado sun with her cat and husband.
Alexandra comes from a half-Indian household where Ayurveda was practiced in many small, unspoken ways. Foods like daal, kitchari, and spiced curries were staples from her dad’s kitchen, and her mom would supplement daily workouts with yoga, which they would practice together. She appreciated the emphasis on slowing down and living in contrast to busyness and chaos, and this is something she has worked to establish in her life.
She is very excited to be working with us and looks forward to supporting all those who come in as they focus on wellness and holistic health practices.

Robin Vidmar – Craniosacral Therapist, Massage Therapist
With 7 years of experience as a massage therapist, Robin is more excited than ever about the potential of body work for healing mental, emotional, and physical trauma as well as creating resiliency in all areas of people’s lives. Upon completing 2 years of nursing training and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Robin spent the next 23 years as a military spouse, mom, and home school teacher to her three amazing kids. She finally settled down in Colorado Springs after living around the world from Europe to Asia and coast-to-coast in the United States. For the past two years Robin has been using craniosacral therapy (CST) in her body work. She has been delighted to see its power to reduce the symptoms of PTSD in the veteran population; to create lasting changes in chronic pain and restrictions in movement; to enhance mental clarity and focus; to decrease stress and provide relaxation; to improve symptoms of TMJ; to decrease the frequency and severity of migraines and headaches; to improve sleep quality and quantity for those with insomnia issues; and to allow clients to connect to their body better—becoming more healthy, integrated people.

Cassidy – Licensed Massage Therapist, CO Salt Cave Wellness Center
Hi, I’m Cassidy!
I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies—especially those who are active and want to stay in tune with themselves. I love supporting people on their healing journeys, whether it’s about getting back to movement or simply feeling more grounded and whole.
I believe the body isn’t just physical—it’s a sacred system connected through five core aspects: physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual. When these are in balance, we thrive. My work is about helping you find that harmony, one session at a time.
I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2020 and graduated from CIMT. I’m certified in neuromuscular therapy and integrative techniques, which allows me to customize each session based on your unique needs—whether that’s deep tissue work, relaxation, or something in between.
I’m so excited to be offering this work in the calming energy of the salt cave, and I’m here for anyone ready to explore the deeper layers of healing.
This is healing work from my heart—come as you are, and let your heart lead your healing

Jenevive – Licensed Massage Therapist, CO Salt Cave Wellness Center
Jenevive grew up in upstate New York and has called Colorado home for almost 20 years. She graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 2007 with a multi-modality focus including Neuromuscular Therapy. Jenevive’s massage couples deep tissue work with extra attention to the details. She offers a full body massage with an extra focus on those often neglected areas like the scalp, neck, and hands.

Lilla McPhearson – Foot Zone Therapist
Lilla considers herself a lifelong learner and is always researching and trying new things, especially alternative ways of living. Some may call her eccentric, a badge she wears proudly! She believes there is so much more to life than what we see on the surface, and the body’s innate ability to heal itself has always fascinated her. Lilla found out about foot zone therapy very much by accident, but when she did, she had to learn more! She enrolled in a program offered by Wellness Life Zone in Sandy, Utah and became a certified foot zone practitioner after an intense 7-month course of learning. Lilla is also a certified Reiki master, which she received in 2018. She looks forward to meeting new people and sharing this amazing healing modality with CO Salt Cave.

Kyndl R Mueller – L. Ac, Dipl. OM, NCCAOM
I am Kyndl R Mueller, L.Ac. and founder of TavaTaak Acupuncture Clinic. I earned my Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine from the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CSTCM) in Denver in 2015. My life experience has unfolded and evolved in the shadows of Mount Tava, or “Sun Mountain” in respect to the original inhabitants of this area, the Colorado Mountain Ute people — the Tabeguache — Running around the foothills of Mount Tava (i.e., Pikes Peak) during my formative years taught me of the importance of ecosystems, namely the human body’s ecosystem in relation to nature’s — it can be a truly symbiotic dance. This fuels my current dedication to whole-body, whole-ecosystem care. The body has a genetic intelligence that can be enhanced and accentuated through holistic lifestyle choices in order to keep with the natural cycle and frequencies that resonate throughout the earth and within our environments. Specialties in the practice of TCM include internal medicine, acupuncture, cupping and moxibustion in treatment of the whole body comprehensively and efficiently. I am a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Colorado and am certified in acupuncture and Chinese herbology by the NCCAOM.
