(Socks Required) This event is held in the beautiful Colorado Salt Cave, providing the healing benefits of both halotherapy (dry salt therapy) and sound healing. Sound healing instruments such as singing bowls, drums, koshi chimes, and gongs create specific frequencies to restore harmony by synchronizing your body with the healing frequencies and vibrations. This can bring us back to a restorative state of peace – ensuring the wellness of the body, mind, and spirit. Sound frequencies can influence and change our brainwave states. Hearing specific frequencies or sound waves can shift our brains from the normal waking “beta” state to the relaxed “alpha” or “theta” states. Alpha: relaxed alertness—awake but calm and not actively processing information. Also associated with light meditation.· Theta: deep relaxation, daydreaming, and during REM sleep. Associated with creativity, intuition, and meditation. By attending sound baths/healings regularly, you’re more likely to access the Theta state, which promotes healing and rejuvenation and thus can help with various health issues. Benefits include:· Relaxation· Stress reduction· Pain management· Improved sleep· Emotional balance· Enhanced mindfulness and meditation and overall well-being. Individual experiences may vary, and sessions should be conducted by trained practitioners for safe and effective results. You may bring a sealable water bottle into the Cave.
