EFT is non-invasive, accessible to all experience levels, and can be used as a supportive wellness tool alongside other holistic practices. Sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs, creating a safe and compassionate space for healing, self-awareness, and personal growth.

Important: Participants are required to wear socks to preserve the pristine surroundings. We recommend bringing a sealable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your session. Late arrivals must rebook.

What Is Salty Stretch?

Salty Stretch is a slow, grounding movement class that focuses on releasing tension throughout the body by working with the fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles and joints. Through guided postures, deep stretches, and mindful breathing, you’ll explore ways to create more openness, stability, and ease within the body.

Unlike fast-paced fitness classes, this experience emphasizes:

You do not need prior yoga experience to participate.

We encourage you to listen to your body and honor your own pace throughout the session.

What to Bring

To help you feel comfortable during class, we recommend bringing:

  • Comfortable clothing you can move in
  • A water bottle
  • An open mind and willingness to relax

Water bottles are welcome inside the cave.

Private Sessions & Events in the Salt Cave

If you would like to book out a private 45 minute salt cave session, the total cost is $300.

If you are interested in reserving the salt cave for an extended period, you can book a 2.5 hour Private Event for $550.

We can also close off the whole space so you and your party can enjoy unlimited access to all our non-touch services (salt cave, sauna/cold plunge, Vitality booth) for a 2.5 hour duration, which costs $1200.
